Internal and external visual inspection and report.  Report is standardized and covers such things as:

• Check all faucets
• Check all toilet (leaks / flushing)
• Check all lights
• Check TV remote batteries
• Test smoke alarms
• Test / Check all appliances
• Visual inspection of furniture and fittings
• Visual inspection of pool equipment
• Test A/C thermostat
• Visual inspection of external walls and stucco
• Check all window locks
• Test irrigation system
